We are hiring two employees for our newly renovated daycare center, BeerenStark. Educator (m/f/div) at BeerenStark Daycare Center.

Your responsibilities

  • You will design: You will plan various activities for the children, such as outings and long-term projects, and integrate them into the daily routine
  • You will support and challenge: You will assist the children in developing their own skills, observe and document their developmental progress
  • You will be approachable: You will conduct parent meetings and participate in parent evenings
  • You will contribute: Our daycare center is constantly evolving, and you will help shape the concept of the facility

Your profile

  • Expertise: You are a state-recognized educator or have an equivalent qualification according to VOKitaFÖG §11
  • You are up-to-date: You are familiar with current pedagogical and legal requirements
  • Nice to have: You may have previous experience working with children with disabilities
  • You never stop learning: You enjoy further education and participating in supervision
