    Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Bradenton, FL. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and technician supervision.
    Ensure timely and high-quality repairs and maintenance of customer equipment.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
    Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the outdoor power equipment industry.
    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    Knowledge of mechanical systems and experience with equipment repairs.
    Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to providing exceptional service and support.
    Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
