    Oliver Inc. is seeking a Director of Key Accounts to manage and expand relationships with key strategic accounts. The Director of Key Accounts is an overachiever, driven to succeed in everything, and never satisfied with the status quo. This strategic sales executive is experienced with large, complex customer relationships requiring the cultivation of existing business while also identifying and converting growth opportunities with existing and new key accounts, collaborating with internal operations departments to increase awareness of our company and printing/packaging services. The position has direct responsibility for a dedicated back-office team.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead, motivate and manage Client Services team acting as liaisons between the key account and the Oliver internal teams, identifying and executing to exceed customer expectations.
    • Develop, foster, and maintain open communications and strong relationships throughout the customer connection, including daily contact regarding orders, follow up, samples, estimates and any other customer request.
    • Implement key account strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Develop and execute operational and commercial strategies to upsell and cross-sell products and services to current key accounts, includes presenting new ideas and solutions to solve customer's needs including consulting on customer strategies.
    • Grow, build, and manage relationships within the key accounts including on projects and extended programs.
    • Negotiate and finalize contract with key customers, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience (printing/packaging experience preferred).
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Remarkable communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong knowledge and comprehension of a variety CRM platforms.
    • Strong ability to multi-task, work under pressure and handle shifting priorities and deadlines with ease.
    • Strong critical thinking, using testing, data and analytics to make informed and educated decisions.
    • Ability to travel nationally as needed.
