Join our dynamic team as a
Program Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in advancing our renewables program Spearhead proactive incentive management efforts.

Your focus will be on fostering positive customer experiences while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Program Coordinator, you will:


  • Collaborate with Analysts and Program Managers to assist smaller accounts and program participants in achieving their goals.
  • Drive the administration of program incentives, coordinating initiatives tailored to alternative energy sources and specific customer segments.

Minimum Requirements:


Program Coordinator | Renewables

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
-
PLUS one (1) years' experience in related field
OR equivalent combination of education and experience.


Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of project management.
  • Considerable knowledge in a specialized department function including department practices, programs, plans and policies.
  • Working knowledge of queries and report creation utilizing various systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and formulate conclusions, reports, trends and/or recommendations.
  • Ability to present ideas in an effective manner, orally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees and the general public.
  • Knowledgeable in CCB, Rates, ESRM, Excel and Interconnect Requirements.

Major Accountabilities:

2) Monitor & respond to dashboard reports to address issues to keep within program guidelines and explain variances. Evaluate and interpret reporting.
3) Compile summary analytics of customer contact/activity to evaluate issues and opportunities associated with program. Recommend project improvement methods, and improvements to project and program management practices. Explain rational for recommendations and contribute to plan of action.
4) Review electrical drawings to determine if they meet interconnect requirements.
5) Assign appropriate rates and send appropriate field orders.

Flex Role:


This position is not required to be performed at a specific
APS facility as long as adequate technology and a solid ergonomic set up are present.

Pending agreement with leadership, employees hired into this role will be able to choose where they prefer to perform their work.


Employees will have two options to choose from:


  • APS office based: The employee prefers to work most of the time from an
    APS facility.
  • Home based: The employee prefers to work most of the time from his/her home.
