Your role with us

  • General administrative support for site realization (end to end) as a permanent member of the regional project team (rollout)
  • Data maintenance, support for regional project management
  • Timely tracking and compilation of documentation, as well as review of documents for content and plausibility
  • Coordination and forwarding of documents
  • Coordination with the client in regular status meetings / conference calls
  • Ordering of technical materials, inventory management
  • Use of projectspecific tools (data maintenance, tracking, analysis, documentation)
Your convincing profile

  • Commercial/technical vocational training or comparable qualification. Knowledge in technical project administration in the field of mobile communications is desirable (but not a requirement)
  • Proficient in standard MS Office package
