We are a creative agency with a focus on performance UGC ads for the channels Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. From ad conception to copywriting, creator scouting, video production, and final ad and ad iterations, we handle the entire end-to-end process of UGC production. Our clients include international DTC brands and digital products. We are passionate about creativity and performance scaling through our ads.

What can you expect?

  • You will support us in acquiring, briefing, and managing new content creators for our brand partners.
  • You will establish new acquisition channels for our creators.
  • You will review the quality of our creators.
  • You will gain insight into our CRM for content creator management.
  • You will assist in building new tools and processes for more transparent communication and acquisition.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining our creator pool data.

What should you bring?

  • You are passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • You are a structured and organized individual.
  • You have strong empathy, negotiation skills, and are fluent in German and proficient in English.
