Clinic Registered Nurse
Our desire is to help participants stay as independent as possible for as long as possible. Because that is our mission, we offer a complete program of health care and health-related services. We do see participants in their home as well as in center. Community PACE at Home is a complete healthcare program offering a more personal approach to delivering healthcare. At Community PACE at Home, we know our participants on a personal level.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 1 year experience working with the frail elderly population.
- Currently licensed RN in Michigan and CPR certification.
- Cleared for communicable diseases before engaging in direct patient contact.
- Must possess a valid Michigan Driver License.
Responsibilities:
- Collects patient data and completes required forms.
- Follow the patient's Plan of Care.
- Implement and provide care to each patient within patient care standards and acts as coordinator of patient care with other health care personnel and evaluates patient care measures.
- Records patient care delivered as planned and any variation.
- Delegates nursing care to appropriate personnel.
Pay:
Based on experience and negotiable
