Tasks

  • You will troubleshoot malfunctions, record and track system malfunctions and potential product defects, and maintain corresponding error lists
  • You will be assigned to systems/equipment where you will perform remote monitoring and maintenance activities
  • You will work with the team on on-site installations, commissioning, configurations, and administration of systems
  • You will keep the equipment and configuration documentation up-to-date
  • You will be on call for emergencies

Qualifications

  • You have completed a technical education in the field of IT, telecommunications, electronics, or similar
  • You have previous experience in the described or a similar field, or are a recent graduate or career changer looking to gain experience in this interesting field
  • You have a good understanding of network technology (LAN/WAN) and are familiar with WINDOWS and LINUX systems
  • You ideally have experience with communication technology (SIP), digital and/or RF technology, and have worked with MS SQL and MySQL servers (not mandatory)
  • You are proficient in MS Office programs and have excellent written and spoken German skills, as well as good English skills
  • You enjoy working independently and
