Apex Systems has a contract to hire Data Solutions Architect opening with a client based in Tennessee. This position will support the integration of Several Adobe Products into a robust cloud environment, with an emphasis on Adobe Journey Optimizer and its interaction with data hosted within their cloud data environment (AWS+ Snowflake)

Type: Contract to hire.

Overview:

Work as the Technical Subject Matter Expert in partnership with our Product Owners and IT Solution Owners to define the technical design for our data driven products and applications.
Provide architectural leadership to the project development teams for successful implementation per the specified design.
Lead large scale technology solutions primarily within Adobe Suite, specifically Journey Optimizer
Work with our product organization to develop business requirements into architecture
Define solution level architecture for project teams including guidance on development tools, target platforms, operations, and security.
Provide technical and architectural oversight for systems and projects that are required to be reliable, massively scalable, highly available % uptime), and maintainable.
Enforce best practices and principles to enable consistent delivery and enable alignment with long term direction
Stay up to date on new tools & techniques in the data space. Conduct proof of concept activities with key business users in support of advanced use cases.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Data, Analytics, Mathematics, or related degree from an accredited university required, MS + preferred
5+ years of experience architecting, designing, and developing large scale solutions utilizing a mixture of Big Data, Machine Learning, and Relational database platforms
Ability to lead large scale technology solutions within Adobe Suite with a focus on Journey Optimizer.
Experience with Adobe implementations and configurations.
Direct experience with AWS and Databricks
Direct experience with Snowflake is preferred

Required Skills : -Previous Implementation and solutioning experience of Customer Data Platform (CDP) -They are implementing Abobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) but willing to see similar tools (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.); Any Abode experience is highly preferred -Cloud Data Warehousing experience and ability to model data for analytics -Ability to talk through differences in tools/CDP applications and make recommendations
