Roseland Kuhn+Witte is one of the largest car dealerships in the Volkswagen Group with numerous awards for workshop services, service solutions, and customer orientation.

We work with over 350 colleagues in the southern metropolitan region of Hamburg and sell around 7,000 new and used vehicles per year.

For the start of our apprenticeship program in August 2024, we are looking for trainees for our locations in Jesteburg and Buchholz.

As an automotive salesman (m/f/i), you will have the opportunity to:


  • Get to know all areas of a car dealership through regular department rotations
  • Take on commercial and organizational tasks, such as vehicle disposition, customer consultation in sales and service, and preparation of documents
  • Participate in marketing events
  • Communicate with external and internal customers

Your profile should include:

  • Interest in automobiles and commercial understanding
  • Outgoing personality
  • Enjoyment and openness in dealing with customers
  • Curiosity and initiative
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • At least a good secondary school leaving certificate
