Our client is a family-owned, highly successful company based in Magdeburg. With 120 employees, they have established themselves as a solid player in the construction industry through dedication and courage. To support their team, we are looking for an experienced and assertive leader.

Responsibilities:

Independently manage all construction activities on the assigned site, including controlling
Conduct and monitor work preparation, billing, and claims management
Tender and award subcontractor services
Supervise all subcontractor trades

Qualifications:

Successfully completed engineering degree (civil engineering) with relevant professional experience
Versatile experience and proven problemsolving skills
Experience and understanding of the overall project (from technical implementation to economic evaluation)
Leadership skills with expertise, empathy, and negotiation skills
Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
Driver's license B (mandatory)
