- Process rate lock requests within pricing engine and loan origination system (LOS) in a timely fashion
- Assist Mortgage Operations and Sales with loans changes, repricing's and extension requests
- Research competitors for price indications
- Verify mortgage loan pricing to published rate sheets
- Prepare various mortgage loan pipeline and production reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
