Logistics Area Manager / Area Manager Logistics (m/f/d)

for our locations in Meinerzhagen, Freundenberg, Würselen, Oberhausen and Görgeshausen

immediately | Germany nationwide | full-time

Responsibilities

  • As a logistics area manager, you are responsible for a district/area with multiple service centers/logistics centers
  • You lead your employees, train and develop new and existing employees
  • You manage resource planning, processes and keep track of business metrics
  • Process optimization, cost management and ensuring the performance of the entire area are part of your responsibilities
  • You ensure the implementation of logistics concepts in each store
  • You select your subcontractors/service providers and build a reliable network
Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience with relevant personnel responsibility in logistics
  • Successfully completed vocational training or degree and professional experience (preferably in logistics), leadership experience is desirable
  • Entrepreneurial and customeroriented mindset, as well as independence, strong communication skills and reliability
  • Dedicated commitment and ability to work independently, successoriented and taking responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Office
