This position is responsible for analyzing data and preparing summaries for executive and senior management for a diverse set of project, pricing and operational needs. In addition, the position assists with strategy planning and execution for enabling decisions that lead to better efficiencies in effectively serving Eastern's customers while enhancing profitability. This position requires partnering cross-functionally across the business to support corporate strategy.

Essential Functions:

Review and summarize operational data and prepare executive summaries to Eastern leadership
Investigate root causes and collaborate with cross-functional areas to provide analysis; research potential solutions and present recommendations to improve business operations
Develop, design and analyze reports that provide solutions to improve performance
Support operational improvement initiatives and coordinate with leaders to provide assistance with implementation
Routine activities include tracking, monitoring, and providing frequent status updates for a variety of key indicators
Create, monitor, and analyze pricing reports

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

BA/BS in accounting, finance, or business preferred
5+ years of related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
High level of critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders
Detail oriented with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
