    Job Description


    • The student laboratory technician position involves preparing needed lab materials and equipment for use in the Summer 2024 Biomedical Exploration Workshop.
    • This includes receiving and organizing incoming molecular biology kits and equipment, setting up/taking down student stations and materials for each lab, and preparing all solutions, organisms, and reagents necessary for 25 students.
    • All applicants must be a graduate of the Biomedical Exploration Workshop AND currently enrolled at CSN (Spring 2024).
    • There will be a holiday on July 4th, and workers are welcome to attend the workshop's final day presentations and lunch on July 12th.
    Scheduled Weekly Hours

    Monday - Thursday - 8:30am -1:30pm, beginning on June 3rd and ending July 11th

    $2500 for the 120 hours completed over the 5 weeks.
