Position Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Partner Experience & Strategy Lead to join our team in New Kingstown, PA.

This role will be responsible for driving an enhanced Partner experience and high customer satisfaction across our international operations.

You can choose to work from our office in Berlin or from any of our other global offices in London, Munich, Milan, Paris, Madrid, Warsaw, or Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team: Coach and monitor team members to ensure they are performing to their full potential. Provide feedback and guidance as needed to increase Partner satisfaction and advocate for the customer.

Provide insights: Deliver actionable insights to the publisher department and other relevant teams based on customer feedback.

Improve processes: Support the development of cross-departmental collaborative frameworks and best practices to enhance the Partner experience.

Drive collaboration: Foster synergy through collaboration and process alignment at a department level.

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in global digital marketing or eCommerce, with a strong understanding of Awin's ecosystem.
Experience with Voice of Customer (VoC) and/or customercentric activities is a plus.
Strong project management skills, able to coordinate multiple crossdepartmental initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with CRM, customer support, and automation tools, such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Asana.
Comfortable presenting to and engaging with large audiences and senior management
