Description
Drafter is responsible for assisting the team with creating, organizing, and maintaining project files in the office.- Ability to read and understand architectural /structural drawings.
- Ability to manage, organize and layout drawing requirements.
- Understanding of rebar detailing/ concrete elements.
- Intermediate knowledge of Construction (Estimating, Project Management, and Scheduling.) is an advantage
- Knowledge of Bim Modeling, 3D Modeling, Rebar CAD and sketch up is an advantage
- Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills.
- Full Command of computer skills and Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Proven strong analytic / problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced high volume work environment
- Dependable with scheduling and completion of projects.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work with a team in a close environment.
- Maintain construction drawings and post RFI's/change orders.

$ $25.00 per hour

- Microsoft Excel and Word: 3 years (required)
- Construction: 3 years (preferred)
