As a Technical Support Specialist, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries about our products via phone and email, ensuring reliable follow-up and complete documentation of service provided
- Be responsible for remote installation and configuration of our software
- Ensure smooth operation of customer support and adherence to quality assurance measures
- Collaborate closely with field sales and product development teams, assisting with test scenario development and execution, as well as creating statistics from database sources

Do you have a degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience in network and software product support? Are you a strong communicator with a customer service mindset?
