  • You support us with daily tasks within an emergency and service control center
  • This includes, among other things, recording events reported by phone, automatically, or in writing in ERP or ticketing systems
  • Subsequently, you inform downstream units according to the given processes

  • You are currently studying in any field and are available to us for at least one year
  • You are tech-savvy and ideally have some practical experience
