Job Description:
  • The Project Manager ensures proper planning, implementation, and completion of multiple projects, simultaneously.
  • Responsibilities include customer site walks, developing Scope of Work documents, providing sales team with accurate data and cost estimates, coordinating project schedules with Operations, staging materials, tools, and equipment for crews, and handling all project administration and financial reporting.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 35 years of Utility/Telecommunications experience
  • General safety knowledge and awareness of OSHA guidelines related to telecommunications
  • Ability to exercise mature judgment and suggest appropriate actions when dealing with employees, management, or customers
  • Experience in leading change initiatives and process improvement collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to occasionally travel to job sites

  • Effective internal and external communication skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to various personalities and experience levels
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Meeting productivity standards and completing work within deadlines
