    **Senior Customer Relations Advisor**

    We now have an exciting career opportunity for a **Senior Customer Relations Advisor.** You will be the primary lead on all incoming care enquiries with the aim to convert as many as possible in to assessments and new Live In Care clients. You will also support the Sales Manager in motivating and driving the team to reach and exceed their targets.

    **This is a full-time, 40 hours per week role with a salary of up to 28,000 per annum plus competitive benefits.**

    **About the Role**

    The role is all about sales responding fast to enquiries, working hard to convert them, representing Agincare in a highly professional manner and motivating your direct and indirect reports to go over and above the call of duty You will also assist in the running of weekly reports and the preparation of data to be used in ongoing performance management and sales meetings. You will need to follow the entire enquiry process ensuring all new clients start promptly and smoothly, with all paperwork in place and correct.

    **Your main responsibilities are:**

    Ensure that all enquiries are being dealt with promptly and handled in a professional manner at all times.

    Support clients with making a new live-in care enquiry, managing the assessment booking process, and the facilitating of new client start dates.

    Work towards sales KPIs, such as; number of enquiries handled, number of assessments booked, and number of sales.

    Deliver budgeted (or above) gross profit margins on newly sold packages of live-in care.

    Liaising and communicating with the Registered Managers regarding new assessments and package starts.

    Provide support, coaching and leadership to the Customer Relations Advisors.

    **About You**

    Previous experience working in an office environment is an advantage, ideally in customer services;

    You are comfortable working to targets, and having to achieve them sometimes under pressure;

    You ideally have management or supervisory experience;

    You will be an excellent communicator able to represent your team on occasion professionally in meetings with senior colleagues;

    You must have excellent IT skills proficient in the use of MS Office;

    You are highly organised, with excellent planning and prioritisation skills with a high attention to accuracy and detail;

    Good interpersonal skills and able to build strong relationships;

    You enjoy working in a team and being part of a team.
