The Manager, Sales Contracting Operations and Administration is responsible for the contractual relationships of Beltone's network of authorized dispensers in N.A.
This includes the administration of contracts and licensing agreements, providing legal guidance for Beltone's network contracts, and development and implementation of policies and procedures to support the sales and legal group.
Highlights- Responsible for legal contracting for dispenser relationships, including preparation, distribution, negotiation, and maintenance in coordination with Vice President, Sales, Legal team, and Finance team.
- Chair Business Development Committee. Key responsibilities include chairing weekly meetings, providing detailed minutes, driving processes, implementing action items, and collaborating with colleagues and senior management on dispenser network changes such as new dispenser agreements, ownership transfers, acquisitions, divestitures, and modifications. Maintain appropriate and accurate legal records of all relationships.
- Lead management of internal administrative sales staff, including oversight of Senior GIS Specialist and Data Analyst.
- Establish, review, improve, and maintain Sales Department processes and policies.
- Oversee department budget.
- Coordination of FSA planning, funding, and governance oversight. Track and maintain loan terms, funding, and balances.
- Perform responsibilities as directed, achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers, and business partners.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential company information.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Education:
- Paralegal certification
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience in legal contracting and business support roles, including daytoday business operations, leading direct reports, and strategy development.
- A proactive mindset is essential.
- Managing Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Skilled Microsoft Office abilities (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- High regard for confidentiality.
- Other key competencies include planning and organizing, attention to detail, strategic decision making, and building relationships.
