    Job Title: Restaurant Prep Cook/Line Cook

    Hourly Wage: $9.00 - $14.00

    Prep Cook Responsibilities:

    • Follow the prep list created to ensure Costa Vida recipe standards are met
    • Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
    • Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
    • Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
    • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out the trash, etc.
    • Will work in a fun fast-paced environment
    • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
    • Good understanding of ingredients, recipes, kitchen safety, and hygiene
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances
    • Physically able to stand and move around for long periods of time
