Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Client Services Specialist. This position will be based in our operations services center, part of our interactive corporate campus in Hummelstown, PA.


The Client Services Specialist is primarily responsible for client order processing while acting in accordance with company values, vision and mission.

This role plays a critical role in maintaining a high degree of client satisfaction, as well as providing guidance and support to the 1,800+ Flagger Force employees who work side by side with our clients each and every day.


Schedule:


  • Monday
  • Thursday 6:00pm 4:00am

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Assess client needs by utilizing active listening and critical thinking skills to ensure orders are filled with accuracy and efficiency
  • Allocate proper resources (field employees and equipment) to client orders with precision and a safetyfirst mindset, while also limiting client impacts
  • Use deescalation techniques to address client and employee issues in an empathetic manner
  • Represent the link between external employees and internal operations by establishing trust, relaying/addressing concerns, and building strong relationships
  • Play an integral in special projects centered on streamlining operations, innovation, and solidifying Flagger Force's reputation as an industry leader Work cross functionally and collaboratively with all Operations Service Center departments, Field Operations and Corporate Services
