"We are an innovative educational partner for primary schools in Berlin and Brandenburg, providing a diverse perspective on digital media through classroom projects and media training in the afternoons. For over 20 years, we have been working with more than 50 primary schools in Berlin and Brandenburg. Our large team of motivated trainers, who are qualified and coordinated by us, conducts training on-site at the schools. This training is based on a modern spiral curriculum that we continuously develop. Our office in Berlin-Spandau is managed by a dedicated team responsible for coordination and administration.

We are looking for a full-time pedagogical employee (m/f/d) to join our office at Zimmerstraße 22, 13595 Berlin-Spandau. Your start date is flexible between March and July 2024.


Responsibilities:

  • You plan and organize the assignments of our instructors and provide them with support before and after classes.
  • You are familiar with the teaching content and materials, and make them available to our instructors while supporting their development.
  • You contribute to the training of our instructors.
  • You actively participate in the development and implementation of innovative pedagogical concepts.
  • You coordinate officerelated processes and ensure an efficient and professional workflow.
  • You are involved in pedagogical administration and respond to pedagogical inquiries from our instructors. You also act as a liaison between parents/schools and instructors.
  • You work on the development and implementation of pedagogical concepts.
