Production Manager (m/f/d)

Meleghy Automotive is a partner and supplier for the international automotive industry. The focus is on the production of structural components and complete body assemblies. It offers comprehensive expertise in the areas of sheet metal forming, joining technology, plastic technology, and surface technology. The business unit is located in 3 countries with production sites and employs around employees throughout Europe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of the entire joining department based on the company's objectives and quality policy
  • Development and training of the responsible group leaders
  • Conducting daily operational reports with the responsible managers, including related areas such as planning, maintenance, shipping, and quality assurance
  • Setting tasks and goals for the continuous improvement process and implementing improvement suggestions
  • Monitoring the set goals for productivity and quality
  • Ensuring measures to maintain safety standards and regulations in the production area
  • Ensuring implementation of the planned figures and targets set by the management and plant management for the current fiscal year

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed engineering degree or comparable technical training with further education and many years of management experience
  • Experience in production practice of a metalworking company in the automotive supplier
