About The Role

What You'll Do

Accountable for reducing delinquency for client accounts to reduce company DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
Establish methodological process for continuously canvassing all aged AR and performing routine followups and checkins to ensure timely payments
Maintain meticulous notes and comments on all accounts via the system and various trackers
Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
Proactively establish contact points with clients' Accounts Payable contact(s) and preemptively ensure access to billing systems is in place prior to invoicing
Identify and resolve technical issues preventing client payments (access to eBilling sites, vendor setups, etc.)
Collaborate with relationship managers where appropriate to facilitate client payments

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

3+ years' experience in collections
Working knowledge of MS Office including advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis; the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
Knowledge of various collection techniques
Strong attention to detail, goal oriented and organized
Able to establish sound processes and routines
Selfmotivated and able to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
Ability to remain focused and on task in a fastpaced environment
Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
