Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the operations of our vibrant establishment.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our clients site providing exceptional customer service, and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
Train, and supervise staff to ensure highquality service delivery
Develop and implement strategies to make sure there are good communication and passdowns for each shift.
Oversee the planning and execution of events, promotions, and entertainment programs
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed
Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and guests
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Security Supervisor management or a similar role is required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of employees
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
Strong leadership abilities with the capability to make quick decisions under pressure
