Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and providing general maintenance to the building, equipment and/or machinery.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide maintenance to equipment and conveyor system.
  • General maintenance, cleaning and preventative maintenance to include, but not limited to; sweeping and cleaning floors, collection and removal of garbage, and dusting.
  • Restock restroom supplies / toiletries as needed.
  • While following safety procedures, ensure all cleaning materials are kept in wellmarked, ventilated area.
  • Paint as needed.
  • Prep batteries daily.
  • Operate powered equipment such as; a forklift and scrubber.
  • Change light fixtures in warehouse and offices as needed.
  • Other duties and special projects as requested.
  • Must maintain good attendance.
  • Maintain safe work practices.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:

  • Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management. Ability to follow safe working practices, as instructed. Ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision.
