How you contribute

Independent commercial processing of construction projects, including invoicing and billing

Contract management, construction site control, invoice verification

Cost tracking and forecasting in coordination with project management

Identification of project-related risks

Conducting target/actual comparisons and analyses in case of deviations

Participation in reporting

Management of project-related correspondence in accordance with VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) in coordination with project and construction management

What you bring

Completed degree in business administration or commercial training with relevant experience

Ideally, relevant experience in a similar position and industry

Experience as a construction accountant

Technical understanding

Organizational skills
