WHAT WE OFFER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
  • Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
  • Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
  • Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
  • Followup with customers postmove to ensure satisfaction
  • Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints, or customer service issues
  • All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
-
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug test:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills: effective listening and communication
  • Ability to multitask and enter customer data into move software while on the phone
  • Good grammar, voice and diction
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
  • Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Able to perform basic business math
  • Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to

Pay:
$38, $400,000.00 per year
