Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans based on students' needs and learning goals.
• Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to student learning.
• Utilize classroom management techniques to create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Provide support and guidance to students in developing study skills and organization.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with students in a tutoring or teaching capacity.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of various educational methodologies and techniques for different age groups, including preschoolaged children.
• Familiarity with special education practices and strategies is preferred.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills for lesson planning and student progress tracking.
