Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals in need.

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Caregiver or similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with dementia care is beneficial
• Understanding of resident rights and social work principles

Note:
All positions must be paid, including internship positions.


Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (preferred)
• Night Shift (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Pottsville, PA required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Pottsville, PA 17901: Relocate before starting work (required)
