Description
What can you expect?- You will be responsible for managing our existing customers in the Berlin, Neubrandenburg, Leipzig, Dresden, and Zwickau areas and addressing their concerns ideally, your place of residence is within these regions
- You will present our product portfolio and conduct contract negotiations and order processing
- You will develop territory and customer strategies to achieve target goals in your sales area and continuously monitor the market and competition in the ebike industry, creating potential and location analyses
- You will conduct new customer acquisition and ensure sustainable customer retention
- You will work closely with product management to act as a liaison between us and our customers for product development
- Organizing and attending trade shows is second nature to you
What should you bring?
- You have several years of experience in sales, preferably in field sales, and may have already built a strong network in the bicycle trade in Germany
- You have excellent product knowledge in the field of bicycles and ebikes, as well as good technical and commercial understanding
- You possess strong communication skills, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and empathy
- You are characterized by a high level of customer and service orientation, enthusiasm for bicycles and emobility, and have a high willingness to travel
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills
