Nature and Scope:
This position at the Y supports the organization's mission of community strengthening through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. As the Swim Team Assistant Coach, you will work closely with the Head Coach to implement the Competitive and/or Recreational Swimming Program, following YMCA philosophy and guidelines.
