Job Functions/Tasks:

Schedule/dispatch COD Service Technicians
Sell & renew service agreements & accessories
Audit customers with service agreements and schedule services accordingly
Check soontobe expired and expired service agreements and review with customer
Handle payments from Service Technicians
Monitor dispatch board
Create and maintain service agreements
Write invoices
Monitor parts on board
Accurate use of Podium
Accurate use of company's software program
Service Titan
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in English (written and oral)
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent customer service skills
Dispatch experience
Accounting experience
Data entry experience
Previous experience in a fast paced, customerfocused environment
Previous experience with escalated customer issues
Positive Attitude
Great work ethic
Regular attendance and punctual
Attention to detail
Demonstrate longevity in previous places of employment (no job jumpers)
Days and hours are Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation. The hours can be from 7:00 am 4:00 pm or 9:00 am 6:00 pm. Remote options are possible on Saturdays.
