Responsabilities

• Manage a caseload of clients and provide comprehensive social work services
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate and monitor client progress and ensure that services are delivered effectively
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide support to clients
• Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and documentation
• Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives

• Experience Social Work or related field
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Social Worker in the state of [location]
• Experience in supervising, budgeting, program management, or related areas
• Knowledge of social work principles, practices, and techniques
• Familiarity with behavioral health issues and treatment modalities
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills

Pay:
From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
