    Description

    Position: Healthcare Customer Service Rep

    Openings: 1

    Location: Fully onsite inOklahoma City, OK

    Duration: 9-month contract to hire

    Shift: Night shift (10:00PM-6:00AM, weekend/holiday work required as needed)

    Must haves:

    • Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed
    • Ability to pass a background check/drug test

    • Experience in the healthcare/medical field
    Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Rep to join the telecommunications team for the largest Oklahoma-owned health systems in Oklahoma City, OK. This person will be cross trained on customer service phone operating, as well as tele-sitting virtual patient monitoring systems, which this person will be rotating between. This role requires a high level of sensitivity and compassion when communicating with patients and caregivers. Please keep in mind that this is a hospital system and are open 24/7- This role will require great attendance and punctuality even on weekends and holidays as needed. Other responsibilities include:
    • Answer phones and route the calls to the appropriate recipient.
    • Oversee the virtual tele-sitting system which ensures that at-risk patients are being properly monitored.
    • Handle sensitive cases and situations with compassion and discretion.
    • Having great attendance and punctuality is a must.
