Your responsibilities

Maintaining and building personal, long-term customer relationships based on the core values of Bethmann Bank with the support of senior account managers
Servicing existing customers and being the main point of contact for day-to-day operations
Assisting and coordinating the account opening process
Handling and supporting KYC (Know Your Client) processes
Ongoing assessment of the quality of day-to-day operations and close feedback to relationship managers and senior account managers
Responding to inquiries regarding billing and tax documents with the support of senior account managers
Managing, monitoring, and processing payments
