Mission:
Ensure implementation of the territory's Quality Strategic Plan in accordance with the strategic direction of the Antolin North America Executive Committee and Corporate Quality Function
Responsibilities:
Ensure implementation of the territory's Quality strategic plan in accordance with the strategic direction of the GANA Executive Committee and Corporate Quality Function.
Ensure customer satisfaction thru management and improvement of territorial quality systems and resolution of customer issues. Assist plants with customer meetings and provide direction/mentoring with problem solving. Support Plant Quality functions to ensure consistent, standardized approach with regard to plant metrics and improvement plans. Ensure Manufacturing best practices are communicated and implemented throughout all territorial facilities. Assist with and ensure consistent implementation of the GA production system across all territorial facilities.Able to ensure that all quality systems in the plants are aligned toward achieving overall strategic goals; continually communicate and reinforce the highest priority strategic initiatives to keep the plants focused on the right things; hold others accountable for meeting the needs of the total business rather than optimizing the performance of only their plant Ensure the quality system is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with TS 16949 requirements Interface with customer quality representatives concerning problems with product quality and assure that effective corrective actions are implemented.
Develop a proactive culture for continuous improvement in processes and efficiency.Completes other job related tasks as assignedWhat we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required.
