Position Summary:


Under the direction of Digital Marketing Manager and in collaboration with Marketing Managers, the Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies to support nurturing campaigns.


Salary & Compensation:
*UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of landing page and user experience optimization for automated communication campaigns (required)
  • Thoroughly skilled in creating complex campaign flows, smart lists, and custom tokens. (required)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make datadriven decisions. (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. (required)
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic programming concepts. (preferred)
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred)

Education, Licenses, Certifications, & Professional Affiliations:

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training. (required)
