Description

J&J Janitorial & Maintenance Service is a janitorial company in Winchester, VA. We are autonomous and professional. This current position is for an early morning full time shift. 5am-1pm. Location of work is Front Royal Va.

Duties:

Perform general janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Dust and wipe down surfaces
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or repairing minor damages

Experience:

Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning preferred
Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, and carpet cleaners
Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and waxing

Skills:

Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy objects as required

Pay:
From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
