Qualifications:


  • Observant and responsive, alert to Guests' needs.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to learn both typical POS and handheld POS devices.
  • Ability to work effectively within a Team.
  • Available for Training prior to going on the floor.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience working in a fullservice, highvolume establishment.
  • People and communication skills.
  • Passion and work ethic for the restaurant industry.
  • Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
  • Continuous use of hands, arms, bending, reaching, and twisting.
  • Ability to carry 35 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to carry trays as needed.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ability to work in team settings.

Responsibilities:


  • Servers describe menu items, assist in making food and beverage selections, take and enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments, and assist colleagues in all aspects of ensuring Guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in dining room setting: décor, condiments, service plates, etc.
  • Assist Guests in food and beverage selections, suggesting courses, explaining specialties, and answering food questions.
  • Protect establishment and Guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
