Description

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for providing quotes on all Service work orders requiring same (any work taking longer than a week needs to go to the Sr Service Manager for review and approval)
  • Communicate with Technicians while onsite on any potential issues or problems with the work order
  • Work with Technicians, Dispatcher, Safety, Fleet, Quote Team, Procurement, Project Assistants, Account Managers, Project Managers to provide support where needed
  • Process purchase orders
  • Place calls in the correct status
  • Receive and review work orders
  • Dispatch all service work orders and projects
  • Dispatch all rollout work orders to the scheduled date list in the work order
  • Communicate with both internal and external customers providing instructions to the technicians, estimated travel time, estimated work time, material and equipment needs, and customer reporting requirements
  • Provide follow up with technicians to provide timely responses and completion of all work orders and projects
  • Communicate with technicians while onsite on any potential issues or problems with the work order
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience, Skill, and Educational Requirements:


  • Field experience required
  • Knowledge of customer base and requirements
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and thorough writing in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner
  • Ability to multitask (using several screens and browsers and the same time, talk on the phone while navigating the system)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to comprehend, summarize, edit and paraphrase data
  • Ability to browse the internet and also use the internal systems and websites for our customers
  • Ability to create, edit and analyze Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDF files and Power Point presentations
  • Ability to use office equipment (i.e., fax, phone, scanner, copier, mail)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Other duties as assigned
