Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers & building partners to negotiate contracts and provide best price and schedule
- Coordinate with field teams to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Evaluate supplier & subcontractor performance and address issues promptly to maintain quality standards
- Stay updated on industry developments and maintain awareness of any changes that may impact the supply chain
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of building industry logistics and production planning processes
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best prices and terms
- Ability to analyze data effectively for informed purchasing decisions
- Familiarity with contract management principles
Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
