Description
This is an on-call position for either (second shift) 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., (third shift) 4 p.m. - 12 a.m. or (first shift) 12 a.m. - 8 a.m. shift.All employees must be vaccinated. Must have reliable transportation. Must pass a reference and background check. High school diploma or equivalent required.
This person will be cross-trained as a door attendant, front desk receptionist, and porter.
As a doorperson, you will be the first point of contact to all residents, guests, contractors and visitors as they arrive at our building.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Opening doors for all residents, guests or visitors, and greeting them with a positive attitude.
- Having excellent verbal communication skills, a positive demeanor and willingness to help
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
As a receptionist, you will be the initial point of contact for residents on a day to day basis.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Being customer serviceoriented
- Always report any accidents, unusual events, & suspicious persons or activities to Management immediately.
- Always be well groomed, neat, clean, properly dressed and courteous to everyone.
