36IFF FESTIVAL COORDINATOR

The 36th ISRAEL FILM FESTIVAL in Los Angeles (November 13-26, 2024) is seeking _
a highly motivated, experienced, enthusiastic, and self-driven full-time, Festival Coordinator, for our office in Beverly Hills, CA._


About Us


The Israel Film Festival is the largest showcase of Israeli films in the United States, bringing annually more than 30 new Israeli feature films, thought-provoking documentaries, and TV series to a wide audience in Los Angeles.

It is presented by IsraFest Foundation, Inc., a U.S _501 (c) (3) non-profit organizatio_n.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create proposals for potential sponsors and community partners.
  • Coordinate the production of Festival flyer, Program book, website, and social media.
  • Assist with events production (Sponsor Luncheon, Opening Night Gala etc.)
  • Assist with Volunteer recruiting and coordinating.
  • Assist with Festival Planning.
  • Handle daytoday office administration tasks.
  • Act as a Personal Assistant to Executive Director.

Qualifications:


  • Have a minimum of 5 years of High scale event coordinating experience.
  • Showcase your highlevel Microsoft Office skills and fundraising expertise, especially in major sponsorship fundraising.
  • A drive for completion, attention to details, and large scale live event production experience (preferred).
  • Able to communicate with sponsors, filmmakers, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to details

  • Familiar with Israeli Cinema, Jewish, and Hollywood communities

$25.00 per hour
