- Serve as the key document resource administrator for the franchise development department.
- Monitoring of all document timelines within established parameters.
- Prompt and diligent response to all requests for data from various departments.
- Work collaboratively with the Franchise Development and other departments as required.

- Manage compliance documents, deadlines, and communication for franchise contracts, renewals, and terminations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely action on all commitment deadlines.
- Assist in annual updates and amendments to the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), including state registrations.
- Maintain comprehensive tracking systems to monitor transaction progress and report compliance issues to management.
- Uphold integrity of document databases while identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Preferred: college degree or equivalent business organization experience; required: franchising industry experience.
- Knowledge of CRM databases (especially FranConnect), electronic and hardcopy filing systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, and meeting deadlines; ability to work independently and in teams under pressure.
- Familiarity with legal, contract, and franchise terminology, and general accounting practices.
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Access, Excel, Word).

Pay: $72,000 - $78,000/yr.
Shift: Monday – Friday
Location: Farmers Branch, TX
The Franchise Contracts Administrator oversees all franchise development transactions, including new and existing agreements, renewals, and transfers, ensuring efficient execution and communication both internally and externally. They are also tasked with monitoring compliance timelines and records throughout the lifespan of agreements, collaborating closely with Development, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
