Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daytoday operations of the construction office, including managing schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project workflow.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
  • Assist with procurement of materials and supplies as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams as required.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology, particularly in residential construction, preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, Quick Books. Buildertrend experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
