About the Job:

Our Inside Sales Representatives are essential to driving revenue and enhancing the customer experience.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Collaborate with local Territory Sales Managers to effectively serve customers.
  • Conduct prospecting calls using Dodge reports, corporate marketing lists, referrals, local media, etc. Ensure daily followup on all incoming leads.
  • Maintain customer relationships by following up on opportunities and minimizing the risk of losing business.
  • Communicate
    Our Award-Winning Client's value proposition, anticipate objections, and secure deals.
  • Understand and proactively sell the Essentials Service offerings and any future products.
  • Grow sales of 360 offerings and contribute ideas for new initiatives to commercial leadership.
  • Maintain relationships with major customers to ensure they receive the best value.
  • Adhere to KPI goals, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.

Education and Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of sales experience; B2B sales, consultative selling, and solution selling are advantageous.
  • Proven phone selling skills are preferred.
  • High School degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • General knowledge of the construction process and site services is beneficial.

Pay:
$40, $50,000.00 per year
